CHEF

～Series～

After graduating from Osaka Abeno Tsuji Culinary School, the head chef, Yuuki Kaneko, learned the fundamentals of Chinese cuisine at the long-standing Chinese restaurant "Heichinrou." He further honed his skills and presentation techniques at the one-Michelin-star restaurant "SENSE" in Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. Following that, he worked as an executive chef at various restaurants in Tokyo before assuming the position of head chef at "Series" in Azabudai.

〜Series the Sky〜

The chef, Ryo Ito, learned the basics at the renowned Kyoto restaurant "Ichinofunairi," specializing in creative Chinese cuisine, starting from the age of 18. After moving to Tokyo, he gained experience in modern Chinese cuisine at "Shirokane-tei" and "Chugoku Hanten." He joined subLime Co., Ltd. upon the opening of Series the Sky. He excels in glamorous Nouvelle Chinoise cuisine, with a foundation in Cantonese and Shanghai cuisine.
